Mentoring

Mentoring covers all manner of things, from working with people where English is a second language or school students for one-on-one help with English, to working with writers – novices and experienced – to say what they’re wanting to say.

Thus, mentoring can be (almost) anything you want it to be. Some of the mentoring undertaken in the past includes:

- helping a young writer get her head around tenses (past, present, future, etc.)
- helping improve spelling
- plotting out a novel step by step (before you start writing)
- ghost writing
- self-publishing novels
- writing a query letter
- creating content for websites
- writing business documents
